This gorgeous four bedroom townhome is centrally located along Scenic Highway 98 in Miramar Beach, Florida. With over 2,300 square feet there is room for everyone. This vacation rental home is located directly across from the beach and boasts gulf views from the master suite. Royal Siesta is located close to shopping, restaurants, activities, night life, and the beautiful beaches of Destin. This vacation rental is incomparable for an affordable beach vacation. The townhome was completely remodeled in 2009 to provide guests with the best possible beach vacation experience.
Royal Siesta has a maximum sleeping capacity of 12. The first floor boasts a lockout private suite with a private bath. This suite has sliding glass doors that lead to the outside and also connects to the rest of the unit. The second floor has a bedroom with two twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room that will sleep two. The third floor has a bunk room with 4 built in twin bunks and a private bath. The third floor also boasts a large master suite with private bath and private balcony. This private balcony has wonderful views of the emerald green gulf waters. The home is loaded with televisions, dvd players, and free wi-fi connection.
The home has been gorgeously furnished by a local design company to make your vacation as enjoyable as possible. The complex has a cool dip pool and party area that is per fect for enjoying the beautiful weather. This home is centrally located and only a 3 minute drive to both the Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlet Mall.
